Terms and conditions
Introduction
Softladders Technologies and Solutions is an international product company, specializing in building future-ready solutions for the present.
Service and Access
Softladders Technologies reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its products and servers to anyone.
Browser Compatibility
Your website will be developed and optimized for the most current browsers. However, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility for all browsers and devices. Compatibility with specific browsers/versions will incur additional costs.
Website Ownership
The client will be granted access to the content management system for the purposes of uploading content and maintaining the site. Upon receipt of full payment, the client will inherit full rights and ownership of the website and its design.
Design & Development Process
The client agrees to the nominal timeframes indicated in the design and development process. Additional costs may apply based on the amount of content or customization needed.
Website Hosting and Security
Softladders Technologies will take reasonable measures to maintain the uptime and integrity of the website. However, we are not liable for damages caused by malicious attacks, hacking, or malware incursions.
Client Modifications and Charges
If the client makes changes to the website, including editing functional code or installing third-party components, Softladders Technologies will charge $100 per hour (including tax) to rectify and/or recover the website.
Content Delivery & Confidentiality
The client must deliver all assets (content, images, etc.) within the first 7 days of the project commencement. Softladders Technologies agrees to treat all assets as confidential.
Termination of Agreement
Softladders Technologies reserves the right to terminate the agreement in cases where the client does not respond, fails to provide necessary content, or deviates from the signed brief. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Third-Party Services
If tasks depend on third-party services (e.g., APIs), Softladders Technologies cannot be held responsible for changes made to those services. Further work required due to such changes will be quoted separately.
Non-Employment Clause
The client agrees not to offer any form of employment to Softladders staff during the course of using our services or for 12 months after ceasing the services.
Prohibited Content
Softladders Technologies does not allow any illegal material, pirated software, adult content, or any material in violation of laws to be stored on its servers.
Payment and Refund Policy
The cost of Softladders' services includes design and development, with ongoing hosting and support fees. SSL/security certificates are to be purchased separately. The company is not responsible for exceeding bandwidth limits.
Ownership of Content & Design
While the client maintains full ownership of the content and design, Softladders Technologies retains copyright over certain elements, as appropriate.
CMS and Updates
Softladders websites are built with a self-managed CMS. The company is not responsible for any copy, editing, or updates to the website unless specifically contracted to do so.
Mobile Apps & App Stores
The content and usage of mobile applications developed by Softladders are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app stores.
Payment Failures
Softladders Technologies is not responsible for payment failures. The payment gateway is responsible for refunds or processing of failed transactions.
Commencement of Work
Softladders Technologies will not commence work unless payment has been received in full.
