We start with who will use the app and where they will use it — on a warehouse floor, in a clinic, or on a commute. That drives platform choice, offline behaviour, and what we put in the first release.
A store listing is not the end of the project. We can stay on for crash monitoring, OS updates, and the next set of features so the app does not stall after version 1.0.
If you need one product on iOS and Android with a shared team, Flutter is often the right default. If you need deep platform APIs or a very platform-specific UX, we recommend native for that slice.
